We ship worldwide directly from Germany.

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours or by the next business day whenever possible.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

The applicable delivery time is stated on the relevant product page and in the shipping cost overview below. The delivery time begins once processing has been completed and the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Despite careful planning, delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or local delivery partners may occasionally occur.

Information About Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to the lowest-priced available shipping method for the destination country.

Additional paid shipping services, particularly shipping with tracking, may still be selected for an additional charge depending on the destination country.

Selecting a shipping method without tracking does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product page, the estimated delivery time consists of the processing time and the transport time stated for the relevant destination country.

For advance payment orders, processing begins once payment has been received.

Orders are generally not processed or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance.

If you order several items with different delivery times, we will generally ship the entire order in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

High-quality jewelry deserves proper care. The following care instructions will help you preserve the shine, material quality, and longevity of your Perla d'Oro pieces. Whether silver, gold, stainless steel, or gemstones – regular cleaning protects the surface and setting for years to come.

General care instructions for jewelry

• Remove jewelry before sports, showering, and sauna visits.

• Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorine or cleaning agents.

• Store jewelry separately, in a dry place and away from light.

• Perform regular cleaning depending on how often the garment is worn.

The more consistently you follow these care instructions for jewelry, the longer the high-quality workmanship will remain visible.

Cleaning gold jewelry

Gold is durable and easy to care for.

Clean gold jewelry in lukewarm water with a little mild dish soap. Use a soft brush, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry the piece with a lint-free cloth.

Chlorine and highly chlorine-based cleaning agents should be avoided as they can damage the surface.

Care of silver jewelry

Silver jewelry can darken due to oxidation – this is a natural reaction of the material.

A warm soapy bath is suitable for cleaning. Rinse thoroughly afterwards and polish dry. For more stubborn tarnish, special silver cleaning products or silver polishing cloths are recommended.

Store silver jewelry in a place with as little air and light as possible to prevent tarnishing.

Cleaning stainless steel jewelry

Stainless steel is robust, rust-free, and very easy to care for. The material does not tarnish and is also well-suited for sensitive skin.

Clean stainless steel jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth. If necessary, a mild soap solution can be used. Then polish dry.

Cleaning cubic zirconia and gemstones

Zirconia stones and many gemstones can be briefly cleaned in lukewarm water. Then dry carefully with a soft cloth.

Aggressive cleaning agents should be avoided to prevent damage to the socket and stone surface.

Caring for leather jewelry

Leather is a natural material and is sensitive to moisture.

Avoid direct contact with water. If cleaning is necessary, it should only be done superficially with suitable leather care products. The material must not be soaked.
