Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs .

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods .
Voluntary return policy (30 days)
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you at
Perla d'Oro – Jewelry Shop offers a voluntary return policy of a total of thirty (30) days from receipt of the goods.
After the statutory 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can return the goods to us within a further 16 days.
provided that it is unworn, undamaged, complete and in its original, resalable condition .
The voluntary right of return does not apply in particular to individualized, personalized or specially manufactured products .
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and is not restricted by the voluntary right of return.
